Well, I am going to add another wonderful dessert pizza recipe to my collection. A few weeks ago, I tried strawberry Nutella pizza at a blog conference. It was in an Italian restaurant, with a dozen other ladies, and we all drooled over this delicious food!

I saw fresh strawberries in the grocery store a few days later, I only knew that I had to try to make the recipe again at home. Tried it three times, but I finally came up with a successful recipe. My family ate the entire pizza in a few minutes. It is heavenly! !

This dessert pizza is very easy to prepare, you can start by cooking the crust. I don’t have a fire brick oven, so I can’t get the black crust of the restaurant pizza, but it’s almost as good.

Crispy. I learned that for the best results, you need to use a pizza stone, preheat it in the oven, and cook at the highest temperature possible. My oven is 500°.If you don’t have a stone, you can use a pan, the crust won’t quite marvelous.

Toppings. After the crust turns brown, spread a few slices of bananas and fresh strawberries, drizzle with peanut butter, and then sprinkle with sliced ​​almonds. If you want to be fancy, you can sprinkle some powdered sugar on it.

  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2-2 cups flour


  • 1 small banana slice
  • 1 pint sliced ​​strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons sliced ​​almonds
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • Powdered sugar optional
  • Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water in a mixing bowl and let stand for 10 minutes. Add salt, oil and enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead a few times on a floured countertop until smooth. Rest for 5 minutes. Divide the dough in half. Roll each part into an 11-12 inch circle.

  • Put it on a pizza stone or cookie sheet. Poke all over the body with a fork. Bake at 500° for about 8-10 minutes, or until browned.
