- 1 cup brown sugar (220 grams)
- ½ cup sugar (100 g)
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate (115 g)
- 1 cup flour (125 grams)
- ½ cup cocoa powder (60 g)
- 1ÂĽ teaspoons baking soda
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ÂĽ teaspoon paprika, optional
- ½ cup chocolate chips (85 g)
- 12 large marshmallows

Prepare
- Beat brown sugar, white sugar and eggs.
- Melt unsweetened chocolate and butter and cool. Mix into egg and sugar mixture.
- Add all dry ingredients and mix thoroughly (you don’t want any chili chunks!).
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Place 12 cookies on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 13 minutes. Remove cookies from oven.
- Place a large marshmallow on top of each.
- Bake for 30 seconds, until marshmallows start to brown.
