Prepare
- Slice the sweet potatoes lengthwise, about 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick.
- Put the slices in the toaster and set it to the longest cooking time. When it pops, flip the sweet potato chips over and bake again. Depending on the strength and preference of your toaster, you may need to bake again. Remove slices from toaster and let cool enough to handle.
- Mash avocado. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
- Spread mashed avocado evenly on sweet potato toast and sprinkle corn salsa on top. Drizzle with hot sauce.
