Because these oven-baked green beans are healthy, fast, and require almost no work-we think they are the perfect side dish for any meal. The preparation time is less than 2 minutes, and it will be ready in 15 minutes. They are fully cooked and delicious!
How to roast green beans
You will really be very excited about how easy these green beans are to roast! Oh yes-they only need a few simple ingredients, including:

- Salt and pepper
To make them, place the green beans on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with coarse salt. Stir them a little to make sure they are evenly coated, then put them in the oven.
After roasting at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, you stir the beans a little and cook for another 5 minutes, until some of the beans start to form brown spots and become a little bit dry.
How long does it take to roast green beans at different temperatures?
- At 350 degrees-roasted green beans for 20-25 minutes
- A7 375 degrees-roasted green beans 18-22 minutes
- At 400 degrees-roasted green beans for 16-20 minutes
Can roasted green beans be frozen? If stored in an airtight container, these green beans can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days. You can also freeze them in sealed containers with lids or frozen Ziploc bags for up to 1 month.
Can you reheat mung beans? Yes, you can. We like to put them back in the 350 degree oven for a few minutes. Or you can heat it in a microwave until heated.
