Everyone’s favorite dinner recipe

I love chicken recipes!

I’m pretty sure if you’ve visited this site before and tried one of the many chicken dinner recipes I’ve provided on my blog, you might have guessed it. Chicken is something we have every week, so I like to change it a little bit to keep it interesting. One of the favorites we have tried recently is the grilled chicken parmesan.

Let me tell you-it’s so easy and so delicious! ! We have actually eaten it twice since then because my family loves it so much. The best part? It only takes a few minutes to prepare! ! When I say that delicious recipes that require little work are always the best, I think I can represent everyone. 😉

How to make parma chicken

As I mentioned, this recipe is very simple and does not require too many ingredients here. You can make this delicious grilled chicken parmesan in just a few steps.

Bread and baking. First put your Panko, Parmesan cheese and salt in a Ziploc bag or shallow dish. Dip each chicken breast in melted butter and then dip into the Panko mixture. Make sure that the chicken is well coated, then place it on the pan and bake for about 25 minutes.

Top and service. After the chicken is grilled, add some lagoon sauce and mozzarella cheese, and bake for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts. Eat it alone or with any kind of pasta, and you will enjoy the delicacies that everyone loves!

Other ingredients: After adding sauce and cheese, you can also add a layer of cooked bacon and ham. You can also change it by substituting provolone cheese for mozzarella.

notes: I do not cover the chicken when I bake it, but if you choose to cover it, cover it with foil and bake it for 15-20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, then add the sauce and cheese.

Use an air fryer

If you want, you can use an air fryer, but the basket of the air fryer is not very big, and you have to fry the chicken in batches. Heat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray the basket and place the chicken in a single layer in the basket. Make sure that the chicken is not touching.

Fry for 12 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Add the sauce and cheese and fry for another 3-4 minutes. enjoy!

What to do with leftovers

storage. You can store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3-4 days. When freezing, put the completely cooled Parma chicken in a freezer-safe airtight container for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.

Reheat. To reheat chicken Parmesan, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, place the chicken in an oven-safe baking dish, and then close the lid. Bake for 15-20 minutes, remove the foil, and bake for another 5 minutes to make the coating brittle.

I really like the result of this dish! As I mentioned before, we have eaten this recipe several times since we first made this recipe. My kids really like pasta, so I might make pasta next time. This really is the best chicken parmesan recipe!
