Simple Cheese Spinach Dip-Lil’ Luna


Hello everyone! I think I have admitted to you that I am a Big Dipper. I like to dip anything! Since my family often gathers together, in general, especially around the holidays, we are constantly discovering new recipes. I always voluntarily look for new dipping sauces🙂 Today I want to share with you a very simple and delicious easy cheese spinach dipping sauce.

When I buy a big bag of spinach at Sam’s Club, my intentions are very good, but usually, the spinach starts to go bad before I run out. This is a great recipe to ensure that spinach will not go to waste! The best part is that it is very simple to make. Put all the ingredients together and melt in the microwave, it’s that simple! ! It is very suitable for making potato chips, biscuits and even toast. It is a simple and delicious appetizer.

  • 10 ounces spinach frozen, thawed and drained, chopped
  • 16 ounces velveeta cheese, diced
  • 5 ounces cream cheese cubes
  • 10 ounces Rotel diced tomatoes and undrained green Chclies
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crushed
  • Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl and heat in the microwave for 5 minutes or until all the ingredients are completely melted.

  • Stir until well mixed. Serve immediately with French fries or cookies. Please enjoy!
