Boneless chicken wings

We love delicious appetizers and all the reasons to get together and enjoy them. This may be a holiday, a football match or a simple party, but we like to make appetizers for these events.

What we particularly like is the boneless buffalo wings. They are one of my favorite recipes. Everyone else who tried them also liked them. Their size is perfect for immersion and put directly in your mouth!

Boneless = Winning (although we still like boned wings!)

You will love the spicy and sweet taste of these simple buffalo boneless wings. The ingredients are simple, but perfectly combined.

Besides, they are fried. Who doesn’t like fried chicken? But be careful-they can be addictive!

How to make boneless buffalo wings

Oil. Pour the oil into a deep fryer or large saucepan and heat to 375 degrees.

flour. While the oil is heating up, combine the flour, salt and pepper, garlic powder and chili powder in a large bowl. In another small bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Dipping + coating. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture to coat it. Then roll each piece of chicken into the flour mixture. Repeat these steps until each piece of chicken is coated with egg and flour.

refrigeration. Put the chicken in the refrigerator and let it sit for at least 20 minutes.

saute. Working in batches, fry the chicken in hot oil until each piece is browned. This should take about 5-6 minutes.

Note: Pay close attention to them, lest they are undercooked or overcooked.

Sauce. When the chicken is all fried, heat the chicken wing sauce in a pan on the stove. Pour the chicken into the sauce so that it is completely covered. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!

How to bake

If you prefer to bake these boneless chicken wings in the oven instead of frying, follow the steps below!

Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Bake the chicken for 15-20 minutes or until its internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. These are definitely healthier versions of boneless buffalo wings and are a great choice for people who want to eat healthier or can’t eat fried foods.

If you bring these to a party or make them for guests, you can half-fried and half-baked. So people can choose between the two! Both are super delicious options.

Can you change this recipe with different sauces? Of course-just use the sauce of your choice to make the sauce you like.

What goes with boneless buffalo wings? We like to serve them with homemade ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery and carrots.

You will not regret choosing to make these boneless buffalo wings. They are perfect for any type of party or gathering! Try other wing flavors…
