Slimy, chewy + delicious!
Rice Krispie Treats has long been our favorite. They are easy to make and only need some ingredients! This delicious ball adds a new flavor profile… peanut butter takes the flavor profile to the next level!
The addition of corn syrup makes these more viscous, chewy and delicious. Not only are these super fun to make, they are absolutely fun to eat! They are very suitable for small hands.
Because you can make these bite-sized, they are perfect for parties or gatherings. They certainly won’t last long!
How to make rice noodle balls
boil. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, add corn syrup and sugar.Stir constantly while boiling
Stir. Remove the pot from the heat, add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
mix. Stir in the oatmeal. Stir until coated.
Roll and cool. Use silicone pads or wax paper. Put the mixture, one spoon at a time, on the mat. Roll the water droplets into balls and cool.

Cooking skills:
- Do not overheat the sugar/corn syrup mixture. Remove the mixture when it starts to boil, otherwise overheating will eventually form dry and crumbly food.
- To speed up the setting time, you can put snacks in the refrigerator.But before biting in them, let them return to room temperature
- Add mini chocolate chips, mini M&M’s or colorful sugar crumbs.
- Coat them: let the balls set, then dip them in a coating of chocolate, white chocolate, or colorful candy.
Store:
It can be stored for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Freezing: Put the balls on the baking sheet and put them in the refrigerator. Once frozen transfer to the refrigerator Ziploc. Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw before eating.
