- 1 tea bag chamomile
- 1 teaspoon cooking lavender, plus more for garnish
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 oz whisky (60 ml)
- 1 lemon wedge, for squeezing, plus 1 slice for garnish

Prepare
- Place water, tea bags, and lavender sprouts in a small saucepan and heat over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes, until the liquid is slightly reduced and the lavender is fragrant. Vigorously remove the lavender buds.
- In a mug, stir to combine strained tea, honey, and whiskey. Finish with a squeeze of lemon and garnish with lemon slices and some lavender buds.
