Pumpkin Quesadillas Spooky + Kid-friendly


Spooky, cute, kid-friendly pumpkin quesadillas can be made in minutes and are perfect for Halloween or any night in October!

These delicious pumpkin quesadillas will go perfectly with some delicious Halloween snacks, witch beer, and chocolate spider muffins. Kids will love this holiday!

I think it’s pretty obvious now that I love the holidays, especially Halloween. There are so many fun traditions and activities this holiday season, and my whole family loves everything it brings! !

From pumpkin carving to creepy recipes, we have as much fun as possible and make sure there are at least a few Halloween parties to attend.

We love having fun and festive appetizers and side dishes on Halloween night. Knowing that kids love quesadillas, we thought we’d spice it up and make some pumpkin quesadillas.

Not only are pumpkin quesadillas cute, they’re perfect for the whole family on Halloween. In fact, these will be great any night in October and will be a hit with the kids! It’s simple, requires minimal ingredients, and is delicious.

Make Pumpkin Tortillas

For Pumpkin Quesadilla we used Foldit Traditonal White, but again, any Flatout Foldit will work here.

shape flatbread. Using a sharp paring knife, cut out pumpkin faces on one side of each flatbread. Reserve larger pieces to create stems (if desired).

gather. Place a layer of Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese on the other side of the flatbread (the side without the cut side). Then top with cheddar cheese. Fold the flatbread so the cheddar shows through the squash side.

bake. Put in the oven and bake for 3-5 minutes. Remove and press lightly on the face so that the cheese oozes from the cut.

These quesadillas are another fun and easy recipe that the kids will go crazy for! Now, we’re ready for dinner on Halloween night.

Store information

shop Wrap leftovers in foil or in a Ziploc. Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days or freeze for 1-2 months.

reheat Put your pumpkin quesadillas in the oven or microwave.
