This pumpkin lasagna dessert stacks the most delicious layers-pumpkin Oreos, cream cheese layer, pumpkin pudding layer, and finally cream and white chocolate curls.

Some of my favorite pumpkin recipes are layered, for example, Magic Pumpkin Cake, Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars, and Pumpkin Delight. This pumpkin lasagna is another favorite on the list!

Layered Pumpkin Dessert

Some of the most popular recipes on this site are pumpkin recipes, which tells me you love pumpkins!

With this in mind, I have to make sure that I offer plenty of delicious, mouth-watering pumpkin desserts for you to come back. I hope I have done it for you, and I think it is effective because I have officially become a pumpkin dessert.

I just want to eat pumpkin recently! By far, my favorite pumpkin recipe must be today’s pumpkin lasagna recipe. It is very similar to the white chocolate lasagna and lemon lasagna I posted on the website-it is just a pumpkin version.

Layer your pumpkin lasagna

This pumpkin lasagna dessert consists of three layers of deliciousness, and each layer is as delicious as the next.

The crust is made of a mixture of Golden Oreos and Pumpkin Oreos (Or gingerbread works great too!).

Next comes the cream cheesecake layer, then the delightful pumpkin spice pudding layer, and finally the whipped topping and white chocolate curls.

Here is how to make this wonderful mixture:

Oreopi. Crush your Oreos, or put them in a food processor to make finely crushed Oreos. Add the melted butter and mix well. Press into the bottom of the 9×13 pan and make sure it covers the entire pan.

Cheesecake layer. Mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and œ cold whip to form a cream cheese layer. Pour on Oreopi.

Pumpkin pudding. Stir milk and instant pudding together to make pumpkin pudding. Stir until the pudding thickens. Pour on the cream cheese layer and refrigerate for at least 5 minutes.

Whipped fillings. Top up with remaining Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream, then add white chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Homemade Pumpkin Pudding

Just in case you have difficulty finding an instant pumpkin pudding mix, here is a homemade recipe that you can use to replace the pumpkin pudding (mixed with milk) layer:

  • 1-5.1 oz.Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
  • 1 – 12 ounces.Can I evaporated the milk?
  • 1 – 15 ounces.Is pumpkin puree okay?
  • 1 teaspoon.Pumpkin Pie Spices

Mix the pudding powder and evaporated milk together and refrigerate for 5 minutes. Add the puree and pumpkin pie spice, mix well, and use it for the pumpkin pudding layer in this dessert. 😉

Frequently Asked Questions about Pumpkin Cheesecake Lasagna

Can you make this in advance? Yes-we usually make it 24 hours in advance. It is also good to add chocolate rolls before refrigerating. Be sure to close the lid and refrigerate until ready to eat.

What if I can’t find Pumpkin Oreo? You can just use golden Oreos instead of combinations, or use Oreos instead of graham crackers or gingerbread altogether. All of these are delicious choices!

What is the best way to make chocolate curls? We use a potato peeler to make them. We bought a piece of white chocolate and scraped off the sides with a potato peeler to make beautiful curls. They are fragile, so try not to deal with them too much.

I am happy to report that everyone who has tried this pumpkin cheesecake lasagna loves it! ! In fact, I brought some family members to my cousin (because my husband and I ate the whole thing alone), and her husband was not satisfied with me after eating a few pieces. Ha ha!

If you like pumpkin and layered desserts, I definitely think you should try this. The next party will be a big hit!
