Pulled Pork Tacos Recipe made in the slow cooker!

Easy Pulled Pork Tacos
Tacos are one of my favorite dinners to make. I love that everyone can assemble their own and it always turns out super delicious. I never regret making tacos for dinner, my family has always loved them.
This pulled pork taco recipe is the best because the slow cooker does most of the cooking for you! Let the crockpot cook the pork for 6-8 hours, pull the meat apart, and assemble your delicious taco.
This pork can be used in many other dishes – salads, burritos, enchiladas and more! It’s also a great recipe to make for a crowd. Taco night with friends and family. Lay out all the different taco ingredients and let people assemble it themselves. Easy, fun and delicious!
How to Cook Pork
4 hours. Spray your slow cooker with cooking spray before you start. Combine pork and Dr Pepper in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for about 4 hours.
2 hours. After 4 hours, combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat. Add this mixture to your slow cooker and let everything cook for another 2-3 hours.
**notes**: After about 2 hours, I turned the heat down and let the flavors simmer a little longer. But usually 2 hours is enough. You know the pork has fallen apart when you try to remove it from the cooker.
How much for a group of people: If you’re going to serve this to a large group, you don’t want to run out of this delicious meat. Plan on about 1 pound of meat per 3 people. Keep the meat warm in a fondue or crock pot.

To make your tortillas, you can use flour tortillas to make a nice full wrap tortilla. Smaller tacos are similar to street tacos.You can also use crispy taco shells or a bed of tortilla chips.
toppings: The pork in these tacos is delicious, I don’t like adding too many other flavors, but a few toppings can really round out the dish. Here are some top tips:
- Shredded cabbage or lettuce

What to serve with tacos?
Leftover meat: Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days or in the refrigerator for 2-3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before use.

- 3 pounds pork tenderloin roast
