Pizza Salad refreshing summer salad
The delicious pizza salad is refreshing and refreshing. All the pizza flavors are placed on a green bed with homemade vanilla sauce!

I am very happy that it is “salad season” now! I know you can eat salad at any time of the year, but we especially like to eat salad in spring and summer. Are you like this too? ! The weather was too hot, I didn’t want to have a barbecue or meet up for lunch in the park, but the temperature started to drop in the evening, so we enjoyed a lot of time outside in the late evening.
When we gather with friends and family, we all bring different dishes, usually salads and side dishes. I found a new recipe on BHG called Pizza Pizzaz Salad, which looked delicious, so when we asked my husband’s student to come over for a barbecue, we tried it.
This pizza salad is delicious, with some of my favorite toppings, including cabbage beans, pepperoni, feta and parmesan cheese. You can make homemade vanilla sauce (in the recipe box below) or Italian sauce is also great!
Easy to assemble
Toss together! Almost all of these ingredients are pre-packaged, only the tomatoes really need to be washed/chopped. This makes preparations easy! Just put them together in a bowl and you will get a beautiful salad.
Of course, Don’t add seasoning to the salad before servingOr, set it aside so your leftovers will not get soaked.
in advance: To make this salad in advance, put the ingredients in different containers and cover them tightly. Store in the refrigerator and assemble them together before eating. It should be kept in the refrigerator for 1-3 days.

- 10 ounces salad
- 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
- 15 ounces canellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups croutons
Vanilla sauce (or Italian sauce)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper

Put the salad in a bowl, then put the remaining ingredients minus the croutons and seasoning on top.

Just before serving, make the dressing by mixing all the ingredients in a blender. Add to the salad, together with croutons and toss. Please enjoy!
