Peanut Butter Snowball only 4 ingredients
The holiday peanut butter snowball is filled with sweet, creamy peanut butter, covered with vanilla icing and sugar crumbs!
The best part is that these peanut butter snowballs only require 4 ingredients! If you like peanut butter like me, you also want to try peanut butter cup cookies, chocolate peanut butter cookie bars, and peanut butter non-baked cookies. They are all delicious!
Good courtesy!
I like the holiday and everything that comes with it. Delicious food, gifts, traditions, madness… This makes me very happy! One of our favorite things to do is to make good things and bring them to friends, neighbors and family.
I like to do this because it is something I can involve children in, and it is something we all like. I remember going to the kitchen to help my mother get baked goods, and I hope my children will have the same memories.
This year, we decided to make peanut butter snowballs as one of the neighbor’s snacks. They are more like a candy than anything else, but they are easy to make and very delicious.
I used their grocery pickup service to purchase all the ingredients at the local Wal-Mart. If you haven’t used it yet-you must!

Recipe tips
- consistency: If your snowball “batter” falls apart, try adding more peanut butter instead of more powdered sugar. If it falls apart, the mixture may be too dry, so add a spoon or two of peanut butter to help them stick together.
- peanut butter: This recipe works best when using regular peanut butter instead of natural peanut butter.
- Forming ball: A cookie scoop can make uniform balls of perfect size.
- freeze: Freeze the peanut butter balls before soaking them. The candy coating will harden faster.
Variety
I made these as delicious and beautiful Christmas gifts, but you can easily customize it for any holiday.Simply Adjust the color of the candy coating:
- Pink valentine
- Orange halloween
- Sprinkle it with your favorite holiday
For this recipe, I used a candy coating called candiquik. Another good candy coating is almond peel.If you don’t have a candy coating, you can Homemade using chocolate chips:
- Mix 6 ounces of chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of shortening.
- Melt together.
