Pies are one of the best parts of the holiday… Am I right? I like all pies with different flavors, but the classic pecan pies is one of my favorites. I like the sweetness of brown sugar and the crunch of pecans. Such a delicious combination!
If you are a pecan pie lover like me, then you will soon fall in love with these mini pecan pie pies. This is everything you want for pecan pie, but it’s mini! In addition-it is much easier to make a complete pie. These cute and delicious pies are made in phyllo cups (see below for more information!) How to make mini pecan pie
Let’s get into the best part-making mini pecan pie! ! First mix (chopped and roasted) pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup and eggs in a bowl. Add the melted butter, vanilla, and salt, and mix everything together until completely combined.
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper, and then place the baking cup on the baking sheet. Add a few teaspoons of pecan filling to each baking cup. Put them in a 350 degree oven and bake for 18-20 minutes. After cooking, the filling should be set.
Let them cool down a bit, and you can serve and eat!
How to freeze mini pecan pie – You can freeze these delicious mini pecan pies in a freezer bag or freezer-safe container for 2-3 months. When you are ready to eat and serve, take them out of the freezer and thaw them in the refrigerator overnight. After thawing, place them on the counter to room temperature before serving.

- 3/4 cup pecans chopped and toasted
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons dark corn syrup
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons melted butter or vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pack of mini-phyllo shells (there are 14 shells)
Preheat the oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup and eggs in a small bowl. Add melted butter, vanilla and salt. Mix together until fully mixed.
Place the mini shells on the prepared baking tray and add a few teaspoons of pecan filling to each shell.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until set.
