Prepare
- Using a melon ball or a teaspoon, scoop out rings of watermelon and cantaloupe and place in a large bowl. Season with a pinch of salt.
- In a liquid measuring cup or small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, water, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the melon to a bowl and sprinkle the dressing and fresh mint leaves on top.
