  • ½ small cantaloupe
  • salt, to taste
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (140 g)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • fresh mint leaves, for serving

Prepare

  1. Using a melon ball or a teaspoon, scoop out rings of watermelon and cantaloupe and place in a large bowl. Season with a pinch of salt.
  2. In a liquid measuring cup or small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, water, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the melon to a bowl and sprinkle the dressing and fresh mint leaves on top.
