Lunch Kebabs Easy + Fun Lunch Ideas

Kid-friendly lunch kebabs filled with delicious meats and fresh vegetables. They’re perfect for parties, barbecues, lunches, and more!

I love quick and easy lunches like the ultimate grilled cheese and crispy chicken. Lunch kebabs are another easy, fun staple. I’m always looking for new lunch box ideas.

Fun and easy lunch

We love dessert roasts, or any fun food. They’re fun and easy – a great way to change things up. I can even say that my kids prefer to eat!

We’ve had all sorts of fruits and treats on kebabs over the past few years, but I realize we’ve never made any kid-friendly savory treats. Yes, we made kebabs for my husband and myself with meat and veggies, but the kids weren’t interested in these (though they were our favorite!)

I think I’ll try the lunch meat and veggie version, it’s a hit! ! I left out the bread for the sake of these photos, but thought lovely sourdough or Italian bread cubes would be a great addition to these lunchtime kebabs.

These kebabs are perfect for any party or shower. In fact, I just told hubby that it would be fun to have a “FantaSTICK date night” group date at our house. The theme is kebabs and everyone has to bring different types of kebabs to share (fruits, vegetables, meat, desserts).

How to do it

These are very easy to make. Just layer and repeat!

Prepare. Put all the ingredients in a bowl.

Floor. Layer toppings on the kebab as desired, making sure to add toppings that help hold everything on top and bottom (cherry tomatoes and cheese cubes work great!)

Serve. Refrigerate until ready to eat.

change + storage

Want to change it? Here are some ideas:

  • Pepperoni Pizza – Mozzarella Cheese, Pepperoni, Cherry Tomatoes
  • Chicken Quesadillas – Tortilla Chips, Chicken, Cheddar
  • BLT—— Bacon, tomatoes, cheese cubes, cucumbers
  • salami – Salami, Mozzarella, Cherry Tomatoes

shop Leftovers on or off skewers. Removing toppings from a kebab allows you to store similar toppings together, preventing condensation from forming and ruining your toppings.

Deliver lunch roasts to school, Arrange the ingredients in the Tupperware so they look like kebabs (schools may not approve of kebabs).
