How to make an ice cream sandwich cake

Pudding mixture. First make the fudge pudding mixture. Take a large bowl and whisk together the fudge ingredients (here is a link to our delicious homemade hot fudge sauce) and 1-2 cups of whipped cream until combined.

Add the dry chocolate pudding mixture and stir for a few minutes. Add a cup of chopped Oreo, mix and set aside.

Ice cream sandwich. This recipe requires 12 ice cream sandwiches. First take them all apart and arrange 4 of them side by side on a baking sheet lined with foil.

Whipped cream. Add half of the whipped cream pudding mixture on top and repeat these layers. Add the last 4 ice cream sandwiches and cover the cake with the remaining whipped cream.

Ingredients. Don’t forget to put the remaining chopped biscuits on top of the cake or in all directions. Freeze the cake for 1 hour. After one hour, lightly wrap the cake in tin foil and store it in the refrigerator for another 2-3 hours before eating.
