Nothing says fall like roasted pumpkin seeds! This is one of my favorite traditions this time of year. Pumpkin seeds are the best savory snack ever!

Pumpkin seeds can be sprinkled over salads for extra crunch and flavor, or they’re a great stand-alone snack. They’re just baked in the oven (like another favorite fall snack – apple slices)!

Don’t throw them!

I’ve been roasting pumpkin seeds with my kids for as long as I can remember! As a growing family, we did the same. This is one of the best holiday traditions.

We love carving pumpkins, collecting seeds, and roasting them in the oven for a savory fall treat. have you tried it? They are crunchy and delicious!

Tips for cleaning seeds
