Other tips and storage

Make in advance: I can suggest to prepare the ingredients in advance, but Keep cooking until you are ready to serve. Cut the chicken breasts, mix the sauce, and put them in separate airtight containers. Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 days before cooking, or 6 months in the refrigerator. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.

How to make broccoli bright green? Boiled broccoli is more attractive than dull broccoli. Blanching the broccoli before adding it to the frying pan will help make the vegetables bright green. It is easy to blanch vegetables:

  1. Boil a pot of water
  2. Add broccoli. The water should return to boiling after 1 minute. At this point, cook for another 2-3 minutes according to the size of the florets. You don’t want to cook them too much, otherwise they will become mushy.
  3. Drain and immediately put the broccoli in cold water.
  4. After they have cooled, remove them from the cold water and let them dry.At this point, they are ready to be placed in the frying pan

Put leftovers in an airtight container, then Shop In the refrigerator for 3-4 days. For longer storage, please put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 months.

For best results Reheat In a saucepan, stir until hot. If you are in a hurry, you can reheat it in the microwave.
