We use this dressing on many different salads (our favorite is the strawberry harvest salad). This is the perfect condiment for a light summer lunch or dinner salad. Even my most picky diners gobble up this condiment on it.

Isn’t it a dying color? The red color of the strawberry is very beautiful. Believe me, when I say it, it’s so good. I can almost drink this condiment… it’s great. I like the combination of flavors and how they compliment each other. Try this recipe, thank me later.

Dressing use

Used: This strawberry vinaigrette dressing tastes great with vegetable salad or fruit salad. You can even use it as a marinade for chicken or pork.

  • Salad: Mixed greens (spinach, lettuce, beets, kale).Add some goat, feta or blue cheese, add some strawberry slices and almond slices
  • Fruit: Add banana or kiwi fruit to the berry mixture.
  • Marinade: Put chicken or pork in a container. Pour the balsamic vinegar on top. Marinate for at least 2 hours.

Recipe FAQ + Tips

How to store it? This dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

Can I use frozen strawberries? You can use fresh or frozen berries in this recipe. If you use frozen berries, let them thaw before mixing so that the juice can help flavor the sauce.

Balance the taste: Making your own seasoning means you can control the taste. If the taste is too sour, just add some extra honey or maple syrup. If the taste is too sweet, then add a little vinegar.
