- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 pound shrimp (455 g), peeled and gutted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ medium yellow onion, diced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream (480 ml)
- 1 pound of spaghetti (455 g), cooked
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (110 g)
- ½ cup fresh parsley (20 g), chopped

Prepare
- In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Add shrimp, salt and pepper and cook until the shrimp is pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp and bacon from the pan, leaving behind the fat from the cooking bacon.
- Add the onion, tomatoes, and garlic to the pot and cook until the garlic starts to brown.
- Add the cream and bring to a boil.
- After the cream is boiling, add the spaghetti. Return the shrimp and bacon along with the Parmesan cheese and parsley to the pot. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce spreads well on the shrimp and pasta.
