My favorite is that the fresh mozzarella pasta salad is light and healthier than the salad clumped with dressing (though I also like those). If you like pasta salads like me, you will also like Chinese pasta salads, layered pasta salads and taco pasta salads.

A few years ago, I fell in love with the combination of fresh mozzarella cheese, basil and tomato (Are there any Caprese fans?). Not long ago, I ate Orzo pasta for the first time and fell in love.
Add all of these together and you have today’s recipe-Fresh Mozzarella Pasta Salad. This is a very simple recipe, light and delicious. Even the husband who doesn’t like salad very much likes it.
Salads are very suitable for barbecues or gatherings, and can be made quickly, making them a breeder. I know that many people like Caprese salad (and me too), so next time I try it, I might add a little reduced balsamic vinegar on it.

Make pasta salad with fresh mozzarella cheese
It’s so simple, just a few steps…
spaghetti. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box. Drain and cool.

I like the simple Caprese ingredients we use for salads, but you can add other ingredients at any time. Some added ideas include:

- Olives
- avocado
- Add roast chicken
Make this salad a day in advance And store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
Shop Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. If necessary, add a little olive oil to refresh it.
