I am so happy to find a light and tasty breakfast dish. Since our mornings are crazy, we tend to have breakfast at dinner time rather than breakfast time, and this delicious flatbread breakfast pizza is my favorite!

One of the things we do all year, including summer time, is eat pizza every week. This is a dish the whole family loves and one that the kids love to help out. We usually make pizza every Friday night, but we recently changed our minds and decided to make breakfast pizza. This time, though, we thought of Mom and Dad and wanted to keep things on the healthier side.

This breakfast pizza is filled with some of our favorite toppings, including turkey sausage, cheese, and peppers. Not only is it delicious, it takes minutes to prepare and is low in calories. Making Flatbread Breakfast Pizza
Prepare. Preheat oven to 400.

This recipe can easily be changed based on your favorite breakfast meats (turkey bacon, ham, etc.) and your favorite fresh vegetables. The combination of sausage and peppers makes this pizza very tasty and light and filling. Here are some great additions:
- add red onion
- diced tomatoes
- spinach
- mushroom
- Add the cooked crumbled bacon pieces

shop Leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Tried reheating it, but it might not turn out great because reheated hard-boiled eggs don’t have the best texture.
in advance: Chop the vegetables ahead of time and keep them in the refrigerator until you’re ready to assemble the pizza.
