Fall Cookie Gifts in a Jar

Can you believe that autumn is really here?

This time of year is my favorite and it always goes back so fast.

Luckily, time seems to go faster and faster as time goes on, and before you know it, it’s fall again, and I love it.

As a member of the Printable Club, I’m going to share with you a quick and easy gift idea that I designed a printable gift. This is a fall cookie gift in a jar. I call them “It’s Fall Y’all Cookies” just to give Texas a little fun. 😉 I know these Cookie Mix Jar Gifts have always been around, but I thought it would be lovely to make a fall version. The Reeses Pieces color is perfect for this. If you don’t want peanut butter in the cookies, you can also use regular M&Ms in fall colors.

Assembles in minutes and makes the perfect gift for a friend or neighbor. It can even be used as a birthday present! Best of all, it’s also inexpensive to make, and sells for less than $5. Sweet!

Here is what you need:

– quart jar

– cookie ingredients (see below)

– printable (see below)

– Scissors

– twine/ribbon

– Washi tape

1. Clean your jar and let it dry completely.

2. Fill your jar. Start with 1 ½ cups flour, ½ tsp. Baking soda, 1/s tsp. Baking Powder, ½ tsp. Salt.

Then add ½ cup brown sugar, then ½ cup sugar.

Then add 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips.

Top with 2/3 cup Reese chips.

Tape to your jar and tie some twine around it.

4. You can stick some washi tape on it to decorate the top. Just make it look cuter. 😉

It’s easy, right?
