Simple breakfast recipes are my favorite! ! We especially like these recipes, if they are recipes that we can make in advance and put in the microwave when you are in a hurry in the morning. Today’s breakfast bacon egg cup is one of these recipes.
They are fast, simple, and can be made ahead of time (similar to our egg muffins)! We also like to make these quick and easy breakfast recipes during dinner time because we are at a critical juncture!
These baked egg cups are made of cut crescent dough, bacon, eggs and cheese. Can you go wrong with these ingredients? I don’t think so!
How to make egg cups
As we mentioned, this recipe is very simple to make. It can also be easily changed according to your favorite ingredients.
Dough. Roll out the crescent-shaped dough and cut into 12 squares. Then, you will put 1 square in each of the greased muffin tins.
filling. Then, you will place 3 small pieces of bacon along the sides of each cup. Combine eggs, milk and half of shredded cheddar cheese, salt and pepper until completely combined. Pour into each cup until about 2/3 full.
bake. From there you will add more cheese and bake for 16-18 minutes.

- 1 can Butterflake Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 7 eggs
- 12 slices of bacon cooked and cut into thirds
- 1 cup cheddar cheese divided
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 350.

Roll out the crescent-shaped dough and press it together. Cut into 12 squares.

Coat the pan with good grease and place a crescent-shaped square in each muffin cup.

Place 3 small pieces of bacon on both sides of each muffin cup.
