How to make lemon garlic chicken
Prepare the chicken. Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally to make them thinner. This helps them cook faster. Sprinkle each one with salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle each one in the flour. Melt the butter in a large pan and fry the chicken breasts until browned. Approximately 3 minutes on each side.
When the chicken is browned, prepare the remaining ingredients. This is important because the recipe is fast and you don’t want to burn garlic while measuring other ingredients.
Garlic sauce. Take out the chicken and set aside. Add garlic to the pot and keep stirring for 30 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
Combine. Put the chicken back in the pot, turn the chicken over and coat with the sauce.
