My Aunt Chris is known for many recipes, but one of them is her fruit pizza!
It’s become a family favorite over the years, so I’m so excited to get this recipe so I can make it anytime, anywhere. Now my own little family loves it so we make it for special occasions and all summer when we’re craving sweet, cold fruity snacks.
Did I mention that there is cream cheese in the frosting? Yes, eating a piece is heaven (no kidding!)
Like any fruit pizza, you can fully customize it with your favorite fruit. We always add strawberries, pineapple, kiwi and bananas, but the possibilities for fruit toppings are endless!

This delicious dessert is so easy! Here’s how you make this fruit pizza recipe…
Whisk together butter, sugar and eggs. Mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Add dry ingredients to creamy mixture.
Dip your hands in the flour and spread the dough on a sprayed pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
Whisk together cream cheese, sugar and pineapple juice to make frosting.

Leading + Storage
go ahead: You can prepare most of the ingredients a day in advance, but assemble the pizza 2-3 hours before serving. If you need to store the pizza for a few hours, cover it loosely and store it in the refrigerator until serving.
- Crust: Cook, cool and cover.Store at room temperature
- Frosting is stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator
- Sliced fruit: Store in a separate container in the refrigerator. Watch out for fruits that get wet or brown quickly. I recommend not cutting these until you assemble the pizza.
The rest of the pizza can be covered saved Keep in the refrigerator for a day or so. The fruit and crust will become more and more mushy the longer you store it, so it’s best to eat leftovers as soon as possible.
