Easter is one of our favorite holidays to gather with friends and family and have some of our favorite recipes. From mustard eggs to carrot cake, we made a lot of food for Easter celebrations.
One of our favorite Easter desserts is today’s Easter Mud Cake, which is a holiday version of our classic Oreo Mud Cake recipe. Using some of our favorite holiday candies, we added something to this delicious dessert to make it a simple and delicious treat for Easter.

How to make Easter mud cakes
This cake only takes about 15 minutes. It does need to be placed in the refrigerator for several hours, but with very little work, the results are amazing.
cream. First make the custard pudding mixture. To do this, beat your cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix the powdered sugar with a hand mixer, then fold the whipped top layer. Put this aside.
pudding. In another bowl, mix milk, pudding and vanilla to make pudding. Let it sit for a few minutes, then pour into the cream cheese mixture. Use a hand mixer to mix well. Set aside.
Oreo. Then, put all the Oreos in a food processor or Ziploc bag and crush them with your hands or the bottom of the cup. Pour about 2/3 of the Oreos into the bottom of the 9Ă13 pan.
Floor. Pour the cream cheese/pudding mixture over the Oreo. Then put the remaining broken Oreos on it. Put it in the refrigerator and let it sit for a few hours before eating.
Put the following candies on top before serving:
- peep
- Edible grass
- M&Ms (your favorite variety)

- 1 pack of Oreo
- 1 8 oz.Strips of cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 large container of Cool Whip or 16 ounces.Whipped cream
- 2 3.4 oz box instant white chocolate or vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Easter Candy PEEP Bunny, Edible Grass, Candy Easter Egg

Crush â the packed Oreos and place them on the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Set aside.

Mix cream cheese and margarine (or butter) until smooth. Add powdered sugar and stir in the whipped surface layer. Set aside.

Mix the pudding, milk and vanilla in a separate bowl. Mix this mixture with the cream cheese mixture.

Pour on the crumb mixture.
