Are you in charge or helping out this year’s Easter dinner? If so, here are some tips to help you plan your holiday menu.
Easter Appetizers: Plan to serve 4-6 appetizers per guest. In addition, a variety of hot and cold, savory and sweet, light and heavy appetizers are available.

easter side: Plan to serve 6 or less guests with 3-4 different sides. Add a side dish for every 5 additional guests.

main course: If you serve an entree, plan to serve 6 ounces per person. If you have more than one entree plan, total 8 ounces per person.

dessert: Plan to offer at least 2 dessert choices per 10 guests. I always have at least one chocolate dessert and one fruit dessert.
