Delicious Roasted Cauliflower Recipe | Little Luna


Roasted cauliflower is the perfect healthy side dish for many dinners. It was easy to throw in the oven and came out golden brown with a little crunch. Ok!

Here’s another delicious way to enjoy cauliflower! Who knew it could be so versatile? ! Cauliflower puree, cauliflower rice, and even Buffalo cauliflower are other ways we love it.

One of my favorite vegetable side dishes is roasted broccoli – so delicious!

Since broccoli and cauliflower are so similar, I thought I’d try roasted cauliflower. We almost tweaked the broccoli recipe for cauliflower and we are very happy with the results. The crunchy and golden brown they get from the oven is excellent. Not only delicious, but also healthy!

Cauliflower is high in fiber, which is great for overall gut health. It’s also low in calories. A serving of cauliflower has only 25 calories. It’s also great for reducing inflammation because it contains a lot of antioxidants.

Cauliflower is often used in place of many other carbs, such as cauliflower rice, cauliflower pizza crust, and mashed cauliflower!

How to Roast Cauliflower

Prepare. To start this oven-roasted cauliflower recipe, wash and dry the cauliflower thoroughly. Then cut into medium-sized florets. Set them aside while preheating the oven to 425°F. Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper, foil or spray with a little cooking spray.

oil mixture. Combine olive oil and garlic in a small bowl and place in microwave for 30 seconds. Take it out and add lemon juice. Then add salt and pepper and mix.

I love the flavor and crunch parmesan cheese adds to this recipe, but you can easily Change the seasoning to your liking. Some delicious ingredients you can try include: sea salt, pepper, lemon pepper, or warm it with cayenne, paprika, or red pepper flakes.

You can roast the cauliflower at different temperatures if desired – just adjust the cooking time. This recipe takes 18-22 minutes at 425 degrees.

  • 350 degrees = 35-45 minutes
  • 375 degrees = 25-35 minutes
  • 400 degrees = 20-30 minutes
  • 450 degrees = 10-15 minutes

Roasted cauliflower is great for moving forward And whip up a healthy snack or lunch side dish! Store cooked roasted cauliflower in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It should last up to 5 days. Just heat it up a little more in the microwave, or bake it and you’re good to go.

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into medium florets
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
