Have you ever made breakfast casseroles in a slow cooker? We have not done this until recently and we are very excited, it is simple and delicious.

This recipe requires cheese, hash browns, eggs, milk, chopped sausage-all the best breakfast flavors are combined in a great meal! This simple casserole is ready in minutes and is perfect for any breakfast, brunch or holiday.

How to make a Crockport breakfast casserole

Floor. First put half of the frozen potatoes, half of the bacon or sausage, and 1 cup of shredded cheese in a greased crock. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Repeat these layers again. Spread the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese evenly on top of all ingredients.

Cook. Close the lid and cook on low heat for 7 to 8 hours. You can also cook it at high temperature for 3-4 hours, depending on when you need to eat it. After completion, the eggs should be placed and cooked thoroughly.

This can be made in the oven. Put all the ingredients in a 9Ă—13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. The eggs should be cooked after they are baked.

freeze Any leftover cooked breakfast casserole. Put it in a freezer-safe container and it will last for 2-3 months.

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (or Colby Jack)
