Chicken Parmesan Sliders Easy and Delicious

Marinated and grilled chicken breasts, melted cheese, marinara sauce, and lettuce are all sandwiched between ciabatta. These Chicken Parmesan Sliders are the perfect appetizer, but can also serve as a main course!

I’ve always loved chicken parmesan and thought the mini slider version sounded great. These can be made for dinner or as an appetizer for a party or gathering. We love these as much as our Buffalo Chicken Sliders!

Simple and delicious

Whether it’s game day, New Years or any big party/gathering, it’s great to have easy appetizer recipes on hand. Especially when you’re making several of these, you don’t want to have too many complicated recipes to coordinate. But at the same time, you want to impress and delight your guests!

That’s one of the reasons I love this Chicken Parmesan Sliders recipe. They’re easy, filling, flavorful, and everyone loves them so much!

Because they’re more filling than other appetizers, I sometimes make these for dinner, or summer barbecues instead of the usual hamburgers and hot dogs!

Make the perfect slider

pickled. We like to marinate chicken breasts overnight with Italian dressing to make it even more delicious.

Baked. Roast chicken until cooked through. Add the provolone 1 minute before the chicken is done and let it melt into the chicken pieces.

gather. Toast or microwave, depending on whether you prefer crisp or soft bread. Spread marinara sauce on both sides of the bread. Lay the cooked hot chicken on the bottom bun and top with lettuce and any other toppings you want. Add your top bun for the perfect chicken sandwich.

What bread is good for sliders? Since this is more of an Italian dish, I recommend using mini ciabattas. Ventilated on the inside, hard shell on the outside – just what we wanted from these sliders!

However, you can also use Hawaiian rolls, regular dinner rolls, potato smoothie buns, or small regular hamburger buns.

Ok! I know you’re going to love these super delicious chicken burritos! It’s a great twist on Italian classics served the American way. 😉 And I know you’ll love the simplicity of them!
