Chicken Enchilada Dipping Sauce Enchiladas in the form of a dipping sauce
If you like the taste of enchiladas like we do, you will love this dipping sauce. It tastes really like cream cheese enchilada and is a delicious appetizer.
The hot dip is so comforting and can make a great appetizer. If you like the Mexican flavor of this dipping sauce, you should also try the cream cheese bean dip, jalapeno and chili sauce!
Enchiladas in the form of dipping sauces

One of our favorite dipping sauces happens to be one of the classic dinner recipes—green chili hot sauce. This chicken enchilada dipping sauce tastes like this classic dish, but in the form of an appetizer.
Served with sour cream, chicken, cheese, green peppers, etc.-this appetizer is irresistible. Serve with corn flakes, biscuits or vegetables at your next party and you will not be disappointed.
This dipping sauce is very simple and only takes a few minutes to complete. First preheat the oven to 375.
mix. Put cream cheese, sour cream, enchiladas (store bought, we prefer Las Palmas, but we also have homemade), green chilies and all the spices in a large bowl.

What should I do if my dipping sauce looks thick or thin? If the consistency of your dipping sauce is not suitable, you can add a little milk or chicken broth to dilute it. Thicken and add more cheese or cream cheese. Once the correct consistency is reached, you can bake and enjoy!
You can dip the chicken chili sauce in advance and grill it later. Mix the ingredients as directed, cover the bowl and store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Put the ingredients in the frying pan and bake as instructed.
Store remaining dipping sauce Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven until fully heated.

- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream lamp
- 1/2 cup green hot sauce
- 7 ounces can green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Add the chopped chicken and ¾ cup cheese.
Add everything to a cast iron skillet and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, put the remaining ¼ cup of cheese on top, and place it under the broiler until the cheese is bubbly and light brown.
