Prepare

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together chili powder, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder and salt.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss warm macaroni with buffalo sauce, butter, and half of the spice mixture until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 390˚F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook the pasta in the air fryer basket for 8 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning, until the pasta begins to brown and crisp.
  5. In the same medium bowl, toss the spaghetti pieces with the remaining spice mixture until well coated. Let the pasta cool slightly before serving, about 5 minutes. The pasta will continue to crisp as it cools.
  6. Serve spaghetti slices with ranch dressing.
