When I have a quick and delicious dessert I can make desserts that look absolutely amazing and that’s great! I mean, like I spent hours on it. Well the brownie and cream fruitcake looks beautiful and yes it is delicious. The best part is that it’s super easy. You can use store-bought brownies (or homemade brownies if you’re feeling adventurous), and the cream is jelly pudding and cool whip. It’s a piece of cake!
If you have glasses to do this, I recommend showing off all those wonderful layers. The chocolate curls on top may look daunting, but they’re easy to curl and really add something extra. Trust me, everyone will love this delicious fruit and chocolate combo!

Tips, Changes + Stored Information
This dessert is Best layered on a large plate Or use smaller personal serving dishes. No matter what size you use, I recommend using a clear container so you can show off the delicious layers.
Brownies can be homemade, (https://lilluna.com/fudgy-brownie-recipe/) bought from a box or store, just like we used. No matter what you use, I know it will go together well.
- Change pudding And use white chocolate, cream cheese or vanilla pudding.
- use any combination your favorite fruit Including blackberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.
I love how beautiful the chocolate curls complete this dessert. make chocolate curls All you need is a bar of chocolate and a vegetable peeler. Otherwise the chocolate needs to be slightly warm. Too cold and it will flake off. Too hot and it will be too soft to peel off. Here are some more tips:
- Put the chocolate in the microwave for a few seconds.
- Slide the peeler along the side of the chocolate and watch the curls form.
- Use wooden skewers to stir up delicate chocolate to avoid fingerprints.
This dessert is super easy to make, but it does take some time to layer the ingredients and let it cool.Thank goodness you can made this the day before, covering and shop in the refrigerator. Leftovers can also be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
