Baking sweet potatoes is easier than you think. We will show you how easy it is to use today’s roasted sweet potato chunks recipe. It is inspired by the roasted Parmesan potato recipes that we have made over the years.

We tried the recipe using sweet potatoes and fell in love with the combination of sweetness and saltiness provided by potatoes and seasonings. The best part of these oven-baked sweet potatoes is that they are very simple. It only took about 5 minutes to put them together, and then we had to bake them for about 20 minutes.

They are very good and disappear after a few minutes!

How to bake sweet potato wedges

To make these roasted sweet potato cubes, you first need to preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Cube + season. From there, peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1-inch cubes. Set these aside, mix the garlic, oil, butter, salt, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in an airtight bag.

toss. Throw the potatoes in the bag until they are well wrapped. Place it on a greased biscuit sheet with foil backing.

bake. Spread the sweet potatoes on the biscuit slices and bake for about 20 minutes. Simple and delicious!

How to make crispy sweet potato chunks? These cubes eventually become soft and crispy, but in order to make them more crispy, they must be turned halfway and baked within the last minute or two.

Can you reheat the sweet potato cubes? Just store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, then reheat it in the microwave or put it back in the oven for 10 minutes to make it brittle again.
