How to make baked potato balls
Prepare. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. First wash the potatoes and cut into thin slices (about 1/4 inch thick).
boil. Put the potatoes in a pot filled with water and boil. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain and pat the dried potatoes.
bake. Place the aluminum foil on the baking sheet and spray it with cooking spray. Put the potatoes on the pan. Brush lightly with melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt, cheese and crumbled bacon slices. Bake for 12-14 minutes and serve with sour cream.
Make sure the crispy potatoes are round. The rounder and thinner the potato, the easier it is to crisp. Make sure they are as thin as possible, not as thin as pancakes or paper, otherwise they will not be able to support the weight of the cheese or toppings.
use Pre-made bacon crumbles Instead of using cooking bacon as a shortcut to make the house smelly.
Shop Place the remaining potato balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator, between parchment paper. Reheat them in the microwave or oven until they are hot.
If you really need to cut potatoes Advance time You should put them in a container filled with water to prevent them from turning brown and rough.
