Baked French Fries A healthy choice!
Baked French fries are a healthy transformation of crunchy comfort food. They are still full of flavor and can satisfy all cravings for fried potatoes.
These roasted wedges can simply be seasoned with salt and pepper, or seasoned to your liking. Dip these delicious fries in ketchup or ice cream, or try some other delicious dipping sauces such as homemade ranch, fried sauce or honey mustard sauce. Ok!
Healthier (but still delicious) alternatives
French fries are one of my sinful pleasures. I like potatoes. Fried potatoes are at the top of the list. We like to make these beauties at home. They are healthier, but without sacrificing flavor. I can even say that I like them better than their deep-fried counterparts.
The easiest way is to use a kitchen knife, but it is fine if you don’t have to chop rustic wedges. Either way, these crispy sticks will taste delicious in your favorite dipping sauce.
We pair them with hamburgers, nuggets, grilled chicken and ribs, to name a few. Kids are always happy to have fries on the dinner menu, and I am honestly too-they are our favorite side dishes!

Tips for the perfect baked fries
Make them crispy: One of the ways to help make delicious French fries is to keep the skin. However, if you want, you can peel the potatoes first.
The best slicing method: I like to cut French fries into classic matchsticks. I don’t have a mandolin or fries knife, but if you have one, I will definitely use it. They can save some time and help ensure that the fries are evenly sized.
seasoning: Our recipe is very simple, just season with salt and pepper. Part of the reason is that we like to dip fries and don’t want them to be too fragrant. However, you can easily add your favorite French fries seasoning.like

- Pour the taco seasoning
