Prepare
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and Parmesan cheese.
- In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and pour the egg mixture into the pan. Let the eggs cook until they start to set, then place the cheddar, potatoes, sausage, and bacon in the center of the omelet.
- Cover and cook for another 3 minutes, or until eggs are fully cooked and cheese is melted.
