Prepare

  1. Slice the sweet potatoes into thin slices, about 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick.
  2. Put in the toaster and set it to the longest cooking time. When it pops, flip the sweet potato chips over and bake 1 more time. Depending on the strength of your toaster and your preference, you may need to toast 1 more time.
  3. Remove from toaster and let cool enough to handle.
