4th of July dessert
One of the things I look forward to most in summer is the Fourth of July! I have many fond memories of this vacation and this year I want to make sure we create fun and unforgettable experiences for our own kids. Last year, I stayed at home with my kids, and my husband and his sister went with the kids to watch fireworks. Crazy that they still talk about it to this day and love that they went to see “BOOM BOOMS” (that’s what our Evie said!)
We’ll be heading to Arizona for a couple of weeks in June, then be back in time to celebrate the 4th in Texas, and I’m going to make it really fun, full of memories and great food! If I was really important, we’d have a BBQ and invite friends over. I wanted to think about the good things ahead of time, and since I’ll be away for most of June, I thought I’d round up some of my favorite 4th of July desserts from Blog Land. Let me tell you – there are so many great holiday ideas and I hope you enjoy them. From cupcakes to biscuits and fudge, there are plenty of patriotic treats to choose from. I’m sure you will at least want to try some!
