10 Creative Ways to Reveal the Disney Vacation

Disney paid for my family’s vacation to Walt Disney World. As always, all opinions are my own.

There is nothing more exciting than planning a vacation to Disney World or Disneyland with the family! ! If you’ve been to the park before you know how fun and joyful this place is. Your child’s favorite Disney characters are all over the park, there are great rides around every corner, entertainment abounds, and there’s an atmosphere of joy and fun everywhere. It really is the happiest place on earth!

One of the most fun things to do when planning a vacation to Walt Disney World is letting your family know you’re going to the park. There are so many fun and exciting ways to do this, and today I want to share with you 10 creative ways to showcase your Disney vacation.

We recently had the opportunity to visit Walt Disney World and wanted to do a unique and creative display for the kids. We were inspired by Disney’s Frozen and decided to run a rope through our playroom to lead them to clues that hinted where we were going. Finally, we end with the more obvious clues from Mickey Ears and the Magic that let them know we’re going to Florida. The kids loved it and it was a pleasure to visit Mickey and his friends.

We thought it would be fun to run the rope through the house, but since we wanted to video, we thought it would be nice to have it in the playroom. Items with clues along the ropes… ice cream, animals, teacups and jugs, pirate patches, crowns – items that remind us of Walt Disney World. We started with the rope tied to the doorknob and had the kids meander through the room looking for clues. Finally there is the dresser cabinet, which has a small box in which Minnie’s ears and magic belt are waiting. 🙂
