Dubai’s renowned pizza restaurant Moon Slice has added a second branch in Sharjah’s Aljada with an interior refurbishment and a new visual identity.

With a new look, Moon Slice is ready to offer its unique and innovative flavours in Aljada, Sharjah’s fast-growing culinary hub. The new branch offers appetizers such as arancini, crispy baby squid, aglio e olio shrimp and wagyu carpaccio. Entrees include pastas such as shrimp in pink sauce, pasta with mushrooms in white sauce, and seafood pasta with shrimp bisque, tomato sauce, shrimp and squid. The highlight is Moon Slice’s original pizza, all made with fresh 48-hour rise dough.

Osciano

Ossiano’s Chef Gregoire Berger and Asia’s Best Female Chef Natsuko Shoji team up to create an unforgettable 10-course menu. Held for just two nights, the duo’s collaboration will bring their respective culinary approaches to pay homage to seasonal and world-class produce, culminating in an exceptional array of dishes that are works of art.

Each night, you’re invited to embark on an immersive journey focused on a story crafted by the creative duo. Each chef interprets different narrative chapters from the perspective of their own cuisine, bringing surprises everywhere. Berger will serve up colorful eel, nori and orange tarts, as well as his famous Mr. Black Truffle Pancakes. Ayu (sweet fish) tacos with fruit salsa, rich caviar puff pastry, a deft infusion of pastry methods into savory dishes, and a single tart are some interpretations of Shoji.
