Après Spa Cafe Four Seasons Doha revealed a Innovative plant-based menu

Launching just in time for the summer season, Four Seasons Hotel Doha is calling on food lovers to enjoy plant-based cuisine from Folia, a new addition to the mouth-watering menu, when light and vibrant food is often needed.

The menu highlights international healthy culinary concepts with a local twist; and is something to look forward to after a rejuvenating spa treatment or workout, or just to enjoy anytime throughout the day. Folia is the creation of KBW Ventures of renowned chef Matthew Kenney and Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed.

The delightful Après Spa Café serves a variety of Folia appetizers, entrees and desserts daily and offers relaxing indoor or fresh air patio dining.

Exclusive to Four Seasons, the concept was originally created by renowned American chef Matthew Kenny, founder of more than 20 restaurants around the world. Launched for the first time at Four Seasons LA in Beverly Hills, Folia adds a Middle Eastern flair thanks to a partnership with world-renowned investor and healthy living advocate Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed and his firm KBW Ventures.

Folia’s Latin name stands for “from the leaves,” and it emphasizes not only following a healthy lifestyle on an individual level, but also supporting global health. With this in mind, Folia also focuses on innovation and imagination, two concepts represented by the use of seasonal ingredients, brought to life through cold and crisp appetizers. One of the dishes was a tempting green papaya mix palette with basil, cilantro, and spinach leaves, sprinkled with generous amounts of shredded carrots, and topped with cashew sauce.

Avocado lovers can eat avocado on toast with kumquats, radishes and herbs. Other delicacies include delicious Alfredo ravioli stuffed with roasted butternut squash and vegan Parmesan cheese; and creative truffle pizza with Tuscan kale, wild mushrooms, cashew truffle cream, and lemon balsamic vinegar.

No menu is complete without decadent cuisine, and Folia brings together delicious oranges and chocolates, beach coconuts and bananas, and indulgent blackberries and cocoa to lift your mood any time of day.
