The perfect complement to SLS Dubai’s existing array of impressive cuisine, including Dario Cecchini’s Fi’lia and Carna, Dubai’s 12 Chairs Caviar Bar offers valued food lovers an intimate dining experience for those looking to indulge in A decadent feast tailored for all senses.

From the moment you step into the hotel, 12 Chairs exudes luxury, designed to introduce the country’s gourmets to the brand’s unique caviar experience, while sipping fine sparkling wine. Once you’ve immersed yourself in your surroundings, take a seat in the elegant and contemporary space, where the striking marble bar takes centre stage and the gleaming roofs of Dubai amidst beautifully designed interiors in shades of pink and gold. The view is impressive.
Reserved for just 12 gourmets at a time, this sublime feast features a tantalizing blend of flavors, textures and effervescence, leading the senses to glorious culinary bliss like you’ve never experienced before. Inspired by the Japanese omakase tradition, sinful snacks are made right in front of you, and attentive service ensures your full satisfaction.
Expect delicious food filled with premium, mouthwatering roe, each exuding perfect umami from Baerii to Oscietra and Kaluga Reserves. In addition to this and other creative caviar, the Omakase menu has other hearty options such as tuna, citrus and avocado strawberry tacos with Siberian caviar; foie gras with classic barry with macadamia and gold; peach sorbet with Oscietra caviar goes perfectly.

12 Chairs also invites ladies to dress up in their best outfits and attend the most high-profile 12 Chairs every Thursday night. Here they can toast their lives with a glass of sparkling wine and stuff into four caviar cones while catching up with their girlfriends.
A la carte service is available Monday through Saturday from 7pm to 2am (last seated at 10.30pm) with a two-hour dining time.
