The modern steakhouse from legendary Italian butcher Dario Cecchini will open this May with a big celebration
Dario Cecchini-designed Carna on the 74th floor of the SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences in Business Bay, set to open in May; Dario Cecchini’s modern steakhouse is going all out for a sensational celebration .
If you haven’t visited this restaurant, it’s a sign, as the legendary Italian butcher from the village of Panzano in the Chianti region of Tuscany, Italy, is also making a special trip to Dubai from May 5th. 10 to 13 o’clock.
Not only will you find a dining experience that will please your taste buds, but you will have the opportunity to meet this internationally acclaimed celebrity who will demonstrate his unique butchery skills and craftsmanship.
Dario Cecchini will prepare some of his signature dishes, including tartare and carpaccio; the extraordinary dining experience will be limited to 20 diners. Look forward to a beautiful four-course set menu and creative beverages.
As the festivities continue in May, you can also look forward to different offerings such as Sunday Roast: Rein-CARNation, Monday Night of Steak and Fries and Dario Cecchini Tuesday in Cana (Carna) Jazz Night.
Sunday Roast: Rein-CARNation
In keeping with Dario’s philosophy of gathering loved ones to share a meal, diners are welcome to enjoy a traditional Sunday roast full of delicious food. Picture appetizers such as shrimp cocktail salad, smoked salmon, melon and bresaola; followed by entrees including rump, Francesna pie and grilled mushroom steak with marinated portobello, cherry tomatoes and garlic sauce. It ends on a sweet note with Panettone pudding, Trifle, Pineapple cake and Eton mess. The beverage station offers a variety of concoctions, fresh juices and smoothies.
Monday “Steak & Fries” Night
Indulge in a delicious prime Butcher’s Cut steak on Monday, served with chunky fries and a grilled salad with honey truffle dressing.
Dario Cecchini’s Cana Jazz Night – Tuesday
Indulge in soulful jazz on Tuesday and sit back and experience all that Dario Cecchini’s Carna has to offer.
The 1st Anniversary Celebration starts May 10-13 at 8pm for AED 650 per person (including a four-course set menu and drinks). Sunday Roast: Sunday 1-4pm, AED 295 (soft menu), AED 395 (family menu), AED 525 (premium menu) per person, children under 12 free. AED 140 per person on Monday “Steak & Fries” night.
