Created especially for the event by Chef Moon Kyung Soo, the 5-course Peruvian Sambakase menu showcases SushisaMBA’s unique Peruvian heritage, blending Japanese and Brazilian cultures and cuisines to create the restaurant’s highly regarded dining experience.

Using the Japanese dining concept of letting the chef choose and serve seasonal dishes to guests, the Peruvian Sambakase menu is inspired by the Japanese phrase “Omakase,” which literally means “I leave it to you.”

The Peruvian Sambakase Restaurant Menu promises to provide an unforgettable trip to Peru in a unique and authentic way to SushisaMBA’s signature culinary DNA. It will include newly launched dishes offered only during the two-week dining event, as well as beloved Peruvian-inspired signature dishes from SushisaMBA’s acclaimed a la carte menu.

Get ready to experience the unique flavors and traditions of SushisaMBA’s Peruvian history as you step through a tempting 14-course menu that includes appetizers such as taquitos, ceviche, sushi, antichuchos and cazuela.

Outstanding new dishes beyond the restaurant’s award-winning menu include salmon guacamole with avocado, caviar, salmon roe and crispy nori crackers, and yellow chili, leche de tigre, shrimp and avocado Tail fish roll.

Available only as part of a temporary menu, the new dishes demonstrate SushisaMBA’s longstanding appreciation for different parts of Peruvian culture and cuisine, while enhancing the refined Sambakase experience.

Finishing the meal with luscious flavors is a delightful banana cake and Chicha Morada, a decadent and popular dessert from Peru made with purple corn, refreshing sorbet, crisp raspberries, creamy white chocolate and Composition of limes. The perfect end to an unforgettable meal.
