The seasonal menu is prepared by chef Hadi Saroufim and uses seasonal summer ingredients. Dishes include slow-cooked artichoke appetizers and lamb, which is also at its most tender during the summer months. The lamb chops are cooked to perfection on the charcoal grill and are one of the main highlights of the menu. Diners can also enjoy delightful dishes such as Summer Salad, Grilled Squid with Pomegranate Josper, Roast Beef Flatbread with Mustard Dressing, and Roast Potatoes with Ishime Mushroom, Peanuts and Coconut Milk.
The interiors exude elegance and comfort, and feature sumptuous boho decor that exemplifies subtle elegance. Natural materials and logs contrast with the earthy tones of the room. The venue puts you on the shores of a magical Mediterranean island with stunning views of Dubai Harbour. Guests who want to enter can arrive by boat to dock outside the restaurant, or fly in by helicopter and land on the rooftop helipad.
