Don’t be intimidated by fancy names. Piccata is actually a method of preparing food. Basically, the meat is sliced ​​(or mashed), coated, fried, and put into sauce. In this case, put it on a piece of pasta!

To make this recipe lighter, we use plain Greek yogurt instead of heavy cream to thicken the delicious sauce. But you can’t even tell if it is “healthy” because it tastes so good.
